About

Over the past 55 years, Centennial College has transformed itself from a local community college to a worldly institution, with a presence in countries such as China, India, South Korea and Brazil. Our focus has always been on preparing graduates to enter the workforce while teaching our students to be leaders. We’ve worked hard to build lasting partnerships with local communities while preparing our graduates to succeed globally – work we are confident has led to our #1 ranking in the Greater Toronto Area for graduate satisfaction. Locally, we continue to offer industry-recognized full- and part-time programs at five Toronto campuses. Whether in our classrooms, our labs or the community, Centennial students experience the real world before they even graduate. They’re job-ready, and that’s a fact employers have told us, as more than 88 percent of those who have employed Centennial grads are satisfied or very satisfied with their hires.

On Campus Housing

Centennial College has grown rapidly over the past several years, and demand for student housing outgrew the capacity of our older facility on Progress Avenue. Knowing that a lack of access to a residence is an impediment for students from outside the GTA, Centennial constructed the eight-storey Centennial Residence and Culinary Arts Centre at its Progress Campus. The striking new building takes the shape of a quadrangle with a central courtyard to allow natural light to reach all of the residence rooms. Housing up to 740 students in two- and four-bedroom arrangements, each suite includes its own kitchen and bathroom. Students also have access to communal kitchens and lounge spaces for larger social gatherings. Every resident has his or her own bedroom. For more information on Residence, visit www.centennial-place.ca. For questions and inquiries about the Residence, contact it directly by emailing centennialresidence@studenthousing.com or calling 416-438-2216, ext. 6294.

Off Campus Housing

The Centennial College Student Association Inc. (CCSAI) partners with an off-campus housing service company called Places4Students Inc. The company makes sure that finding a home is headache-free through its free-to-search database, which lets you see the property before deciding to contact the landlord. For more information, visit:
